1891年（明治26年）創業、宮崎・えびの高原の麓に蔵を構える明石酒造の看板銘柄「明月」。南九州産の甘藷「黄金千貫」を主原料に、白麹仕込みの米焼酎とブレンドしてバランス良く仕上げた芋焼酎です。
内容紹介
穏やかな香りと飲みやすい味わいが特徴で、後味に心地よいキレが残ります。芋焼酎の中でも比較的クセが少なく、日常の晩酌に取り入れやすい一本です。

お湯割りにすると芋の甘い香りが柔らかく広がります。ロックや水割りでもすっきりと楽しめ、宮崎の郷土料理との相性も抜群です。
