宮崎県都城市の明石酒造が手がける「明月」シリーズの季節限定品、「夏ボトル」です。定番の明月をベースに、暑い季節にすっきりと楽しめるよう度数を抑えたブレンドに仕上げています。
常圧・減圧のブレンドが生むすっきり感
宮崎県産の黄金千貫を使用し、長期貯蔵した常圧蒸留原酒と減圧蒸留原酒をブレンドすることで、22度というやや軽めの度数ながら芋の風味をしっかり感じられる味わいに仕上げています。
おすすめの楽しみ方
キンキンに冷やしたロックや、炭酸で割ってさっぱりと楽しむのがおすすめです。夏場の食卓や、冷たい麺類・焼き鳥など油の少ない料理との相性が良好です。
