"Meigetsu Summer Bottle" is an authentic sweet potato shochu that Akashi Shuzo delivers only during the summer season. The main ingredient used is "Koganesengan" sweet potatoes from Miyazaki Prefecture. By aging the atmospheric-distilled unblended sake for a long period, the characteristics of the ingredients are utilized to create a mellow finish. Furthermore, by blending in vacuum-distilled unblended sake, a refreshing taste with 22% alcohol content is achieved.
