Komasa Jyozo's "Mellow Kozuru Migaki" is a long-term aged shochu crafted by blending barley shochu and rice shochu, both aged for three years in oak barrels. The exquisite sweet aroma from the sherry barrels is layered with the refreshing character of barley shochu and the smooth taste of rice shochu.
