The Miyoshi Wine series is made from grapes grown in the clear waters and climate of the Miyoshi Basin in northern Hiroshima Prefecture. "Ake," with its dazzling scarlet color, is a light-medium red wine with a rich aroma and pleasant astringency, perfect for everyday meals.
Rich aroma and complex taste
Within the red fruit aromas of strawberries and cherries, there's a charming, candy-like nuance. A subtle fragrance of iris flowers, along with spice notes like pepper and nutmeg, adds complexity. This wine has a soft mouthfeel yet possesses rich acidity and a firm taste.
