"Muramasa" was born in Iki, Nagasaki Prefecture, the birthplace of barley shochu. As its name suggests, it boasts the sharpness of the legendary "Muramasa" sword, and is a barley shochu that aims to be the epitome of vacuum distillation. It uses domestic barley and Iki-produced rice koji as ingredients, and the brewing water is natural water polished by a basalt layer drawn from 130m underground in the center of Iki Island. When you open the stopper, an elegant aroma spreads, and you can enjoy the crispness unique to vacuum distillation and the umami of barley. It's a drink that will keep you coming back for more.

Please enjoy it in your preferred way, such as on the rocks, with water, or with hot water. It also pairs well with food, making it an excellent sake to enjoy during meals, enhancing each other's flavors.
