"Nayuta no Toki" is an authentic long-aged buckwheat shochu brewed by Unkai Shuzo at its Gokase Brewery in Miyazaki Prefecture. Using carefully selected buckwheat as its main ingredient, and pristine water from the Kyushu Mountains, master brewers meticulously craft raw buckwheat shochu, which is then slowly aged in oak barrels for an extended period. It is characterized by a rich aroma derived from the barrels and a mellow, full-bodied deep flavor, with a subtle hint of the characteristic roasted aroma of buckwheat shochu. Its high quality is recognized internationally, with the product having received the Grand Gold Medal at the Monde Selection for 25 consecutive years.

Enjoy the mellow barrel aroma with ice or diluted with water. It has littleクセ(peculiarity) and can be enjoyed in a wide range of ways.
