内容紹介
このニュイ・サン・ジョルジュは、1955年に植えられた古樹の区画のぶどうから仕込まれています。25%の新樽比率で15カ月間熟成させることで、樽の香りに支配されすぎない、フローラルでエレガントなスタイルに仕上げられています。スミレやラズベリー、ダークベリーの香りがかすかに重なり合い、ヴェルヴェットのような滑らかでアーシーな質感が広がります。
おすすめの楽しみ方
鴨肉のロティや牛肉の赤ワイン煮込みなど、コクのある肉料理との相性が抜群です。抜栓後、少し時間をおいて香りが開くのを待ってから楽しむのもおすすめです。
