Made from 100% Blue Weber Agave cultivated in the highlands of Jalisco, Mexico, 85% of the juice is extracted using traditional tahona (stone mill). It is then fermented in wooden tanks for 72 hours, distilled in small copper pot stills, and finished without any additives.

This masterpiece is the culmination of over four years of development and more than 300 tastings, embodying exceptional craftsmanship.
