ベル・エポックは、1902年に誕生したペリエ・ジュエを象徴する最高峰キュヴェ。エミール・ガレが手がけたアネモネの花が描かれたボトルは、シャンパーニュ史に残る芸術品として知られています。
内容紹介
2013年ヴィンテージは、グラン・クリュ主体のシャルドネ50%、ピノ・ノワール45%、ムニエ5%をブレンド。ピノ・ノワールは特にマイィ、ヴェルズネイ、アンボネイなどモンターニュ・ド・ランスの銘醸畑から仕入れています。完熟したセイヨウナシや柑橘、白い花の香りに、きめ細かな泡立ちとふくよかな果実味が調和した、しなやかでエレガントな味わいに仕上がっています。
