A genuine barley shochu, "Rin no Hana" is made with specially selected two-row barley cultivated in the climate and soil of Kyushu, and fermented with our own yeast. It is characterized by a fruity aroma reminiscent of apples and bananas, and a smooth, clear taste. It has received high praise, including a gold award at the 2025 Tokyo Whisky & Spirits Competition (TWSC).

We recommend "highball with soda" for a more fragrant aroma, or "on the rocks" to highlight its clear sweetness.
