The flavor is refined by the refreshing sea breeze and cool mountain air, born from the climate differences fostered by the Seto Inland Sea and the Chugoku Mountains. It offers aromas of raisin, orange, and peach, with the sweetness of vanilla, a moderate bitterness and acidity, and a pleasant smokiness and lingering barrel aroma. It is also ideal for gifts and tasting sets.
