It is made using sweet potatoes grown in Nagashima Town's warm climate and healthy red soil, and is a blend of shochu from five distilleries: Miyauchi Shuzo, Miyanotsuyu Shuzo, Nagayama Shuzo, Sugimoto Shuzo, and Minami Shuzo.
