Hamada Shuzo's "Sasshu Sekitoba Tamakan", made by blending Koganesengan and the rare red sweet potato variety "Tamakan". The floral aroma of Tamakan is layered on top of the clear and elegant taste of the classic Sekitoba.
Sweet aroma reminiscent of osmanthus and well-balanced umami
Using pure water filtered through Kagoshima's unique shirasu plateau, it achieves a sweet aroma reminiscent of osmanthus and a cohesive umami. This is a precious limited-edition product with a limited number of retailers.
