千福は、広島県呉市で安政3年（1856年）に創業した三宅本店の酒銘です。「ウキウキレモン酒」は、「大長レモンのお酒」と同じく、広島の大長レモンと千福純米酒を使った日本酒のリキュールです。しっかりとしたレモンの果汁と酸味が口に広がり、スッキリ爽やかな飲み口。アルコール分は6度です。500ml瓶なので、割り材と合わせて気軽にたっぷり使えます。
おすすめの楽しみ方
ストレートやロックはもちろん、ソーダで割ると食事に合わせやすい爽やかな一杯に。唐揚げや焼き魚、瀬戸内の小魚料理ともよく合います。蔵元はぬる燗もすすめており、温めるとレモンの香りがふわりと立ちのぼります。季節に合わせて飲み方を変えてみてください。
