Based on the path laid by our predecessors, with the concept of "THE QUEST FOR THE ORIGINAL,"

By vatting, we highlight the bright, fragrant esters and the moderately aromatic, refreshing scent of dried fruits.
It can be enjoyed straight, with water, or with soda, among other ways.

All are non-peated whiskies, composed of Bourbon (2 types), Sherry Oloroso, and Cognac casks.
[Tasting Notes]
Upon tasting, milky sweetness and rich, aged notes unfold in layers, harmonizing with the distinctive toffee character unique to Shindo's new make.
