天保8年（1837年）創業、岐阜県大垣市の三輪酒造。およそ50年前、白川村からの依頼で「白川郷どぶろく祭り」の振る舞い酒をイメージして生まれたのが、この純米にごり酒です。一升瓶なら、家族や仲間と囲む食卓で心おきなく注ぎ合えます。
日本酒度−25。濃厚なのに、驚くほどなめらか
精米歩合70％、日本酒度−25、アルコール度14.5％（岐阜県の県産品紹介資料の公表値）。他に類を見ないほど濃厚なにごり具合でありながら、舌ざわりは非常になめらか。甘すぎず、料理を引き立てる味わいと紹介されています。
おすすめの楽しみ方
おすすめの温度は涼み冷えから冷や、人肌燗、ぬる燗まで。瓶の底に沈んだおりをやさしく混ぜてから注いでください。カッテージチーズとトマトのサラダ、キーマカレー、ブルーチーズなど、意外な洋の料理やスパイスとも好相性です。
