Vatting Original Whiskies from 40 Years — A Fusion of Diverse Casks and Maturation

• Carefully selected and vatted original whiskies from four eras: the 1980s, 1990s, 2010s, and 2020s, excluding the dormant period of the 2000s.
• A diverse cask composition including Bourbon casks, Sherry casks, American white oak, and more.
• Non-chill filtered finish to pursue the authentic flavor and characteristics close to the original whisky.

Aroma and Taste — Sweetness and Richness, Multi-Layered Aromas

Sweetness reminiscent of apple jam, ripe apricot, and melon harmonizes with vanilla, while multi-layered cask maturation aromas spread. On the palate, a sweetness evocative of raisins and maple syrup, followed by a cinnamon-like spiciness, and further rich notes like sweet chestnuts and chocolate can be felt.
