As its name, "Very Junipery Over Proof Gin," suggests, this ambitious creation uses approximately three times the amount of juniper berries found in the classic "Sipsmith London Dry Gin" and has a higher alcohol content of 57%. Crafted meticulously in a copper pot still, the base spirit unfolds with a robust juniper aroma and a deep, lingering finish.

We recommend drinking it on the rocks or straight to fully appreciate the gin's distinct character. It also works beautifully as a base for martinis.
