Ennotuyu is the flagship brand of Uezono Shuzo, a brewery in Satsuma Town, Kagoshima Prefecture, that has long been cherished by the local community. This authentic imo shochu is carefully crafted using locally grown "Kogane Sengan" sweet potatoes and groundwater from the Shioigawa River, employing a traditional method that combines both white and black koji. While retaining the robust body characteristic of imo shochu, it offers a soft and easy-to-drink palate.
