This brand is characterized by its meticulous brewing process, using carefully selected "Kogane Sengan" sweet potatoes from Kagoshima Prefecture and black koji. By blending atmospheric pressure distillation and vacuum distillation, it achieves a balance of sweet potato aroma and mellow richness, while leaving a refreshing aftertaste that you won't tire of.
