Tomi no Oka Winery in Kai City, Yamanashi Prefecture, overlooks Mt. Fuji to the south and the Kofu Basin below. Within its vast grounds, there are vineyards with unique slopes and ridges. Growers, intimately familiar with this special terroir, meticulously managed each bunch of grapes to optimal ripeness. Merlot, Petit Verdot, Cabernet Sauvignon, and Cabernet Franc are blended in exquisite balance, maximizing the individuality of the land.

From the moment it's poured, a bright aroma of tart red fruits, reminiscent of cherries, pomegranates, and raspberry jam, fills the air.
