"Den-en Kin Label" is a barley shochu produced by Den-en Shuzo in Kagoshima Prefecture. This authentic barley shochu, unique to Den-en Shuzo, is made by fermenting carefully selected barley with white koji and letting it mature while listening to classical music, which draws out its distinctive mellowness. It comes in a convenient pack for everyday use.
