Tetsukan Kuro is an authentic sweet potato shochu made by Ogatama Shuzo in Satsumasendai City, Kagoshima Prefecture, using pots buried 70% in the ground to create a stable fermentation environment. It's a carefully crafted shochu that adheres to the traditional pot fermentation method.
