内容紹介
シュペートブルグンダー（ピノ・ノワール）を使用し、白ワインとロゼワインの中間のような淡い色合いに仕上げた、辛口の「ブラン・ド・ノワール」スタイル。きりっとした酸とミネラル感に、やわらかな赤い果実のニュアンス、繊細なタンニンが調和した、食事に合わせやすい一本です。
おすすめの楽しみ方
鶏肉料理や、サーモンなどの魚料理との相性が良好です。よく冷やしてお楽しみください。
