内容紹介
広島三次ワイナリーはTOMOÉシリーズで、三次産のぶどうにこだわったワイン造りを続けている造り手です。「白夜」は黒ブドウでありながら白ワインの醸造方法を用いた珍しい一本で、パイナップルや柚子、ハーブ、チーズ、蜂蜜を思わせる複雑な香りに、オレンジピールや樽由来のニュアンスが重なります。まろやかな酸味と厚みのある味わいが特徴で、国内外のコンクールでも高く評価されており、デカンター・ワールド・ワイン・アワード2021銀賞、IWSC2021・IWC2021銅賞を受賞しています。名前の「白夜」は、真夜中でも暗くならない現象になぞらえ、いつまでも続く心地よい余韻を表現しています。
おすすめの楽しみ方
しっかり冷やしてグラスに注ぎ、複雑な香りの変化を楽しんでください。チーズやハーブを使った料理、白身肉のグリルなど、コクのある料理と好相性です。少し温度を上げて味わうと、また違った表情を見せてくれます。
