By blending stored liquor, this shochu adds a mellow flavor to the clear sweetness and refreshing aroma characteristic of soba shochu. It's a unique soba shochu that can be enjoyed with the traditional "sobayu-wari" (diluted with hot soba water).

Sobayu-wari is the classic. You can also enjoy the characteristic aroma of soba shochu on the rocks, with water, or hot.
