響21年は、21年以上熟成させた原酒を中心に、山崎蒸溜所のシェリー樽原酒などを吟味してブレンドした、サントリーならではの贅沢なハーモニー。ザ・マッカラン シェリーオーク12年は、スペインのヘレスでシェリー酒を染み込ませたヨーロピアンオーク樽のみで熟成させた、マッカランの伝統を体現する一本です。
味わい・香りの特徴
響21年は、円熟した豊かな香りとまろやかな口当たり、長く続く上品な余韻が特徴。ザ・マッカラン12年は、バニラやジンジャー、ドライフルーツの香りに、シェリー樽由来のリッチな甘みとウッドスモーク、スパイスが重なり、トフィーを思わせる余韻が続きます。
