広島県三次市・山岡酒造が2016酒造年度に山廃仕込みで醸した山田錦の純米吟醸を、9年間じっくり寝かせた熟成原酒です。
9年熟成の山廃原酒、豊かで奥深い味わい
原料米は山田錦、精米歩合60％、アルコール分17度（取扱酒販店の公表値）。加水しない原酒のまま年月を重ね、豊かで奥深く、ふくよかな味わいに仕上がっていると紹介されています。
おすすめの楽しみ方
常温からお燗で、ふくよかな味わいが花開きます。ぶり大根、すき焼き、焼き味噌などと合わせて。食後にゆっくり、少しずつ温度を変えて味わうのもおすすめです。熟成酒好きの方への贈り物にも。
