"Ginza no Suzume" is a barley shochu brewed by Yaoka Shuzo in Oita Prefecture. Made from 100% carefully selected barley and spring water from the Kuju Mountain Range, it is characterized by its mellow flavor matured using a traditional "shitsugi" method. The Venetian blue bottle, inspired by Ginza's historic gas lamps, is also striking.

By carefully brewing with only barley and barley koji, it achieves both the characteristic savory aroma of barley shochu and a mellow mouthfeel from long-term aging.
