Zuisen 30% ABV 600ml Bottle | Awamori Zuisen Shuzo Okinawa Prefecture
4955204410246
Crafted by Zuisen Distillery, a brewery with ties to Shuri Castle, this is a classic awamori that has long been loved in its native Okinawa. Blending 10% kusu with new sake gives it a mellow, smooth finish.
Product description
Made with Thai rice fermented using black koji, this awamori is produced by combining vacuum distillation and atmospheric distillation. Blending the new sake base with approximately 10% aged kusu gives it a smooth, mellow flavor with softened edges while preserving awamori's distinctive aroma. Its convenient everyday size also makes it a popular Okinawan souvenir.
Recommended ways to enjoy
Enjoy it on the rocks or with water, or mix it with soda for a refreshing, light taste. Its smooth drinkability makes it a great choice for those trying awamori for the first time.
