This is Sapporo's professional-use concentrate, "Koime no Lemon Sour no Moto" (Rich Lemon Sour Base). It is characterized by its aromatic and strong sour taste, using hand-picked lemon juice. Simply mix it with soda to easily enjoy a rich lemon sour just like those found in specialty stores.
Recommended way to enjoy
Fill a glass with plenty of ice, pour in this product and soda in a 1:3 ratio, and stir well to complete a rich lemon sour. If you prefer a richer taste, a 1:2 ratio is also recommended.
