This series focuses on the "story of craftsmanship" that weaves together the tradition and innovation of the Yamazaki Distillery, and this edition features the design of the drying kiln, a symbol of the distillery. The aroma spreads with the sweetness of dried persimmon, hojicha (roasted green tea), spices like cloves, vanilla, and chocolate, while the taste harmonizes with Japanese sweetness reminiscent of adzuki beans and orange marmalade. A gentle smokiness and spice color the finish. This is a sophisticated bottle that allows you to experience delicate Japanese blending.
