Cristal is the pinnacle of Champagne produced by the Champagne house Louis Roederer, founded in 1845. The 2015 vintage was crafted from grapes harvested in a hot and sunny year. It uses carefully selected Pinot Noir and Chardonnay from the Domaine Cristal's 45 plots, with 25% aged in oak barrels. It undergoes no malolactic fermentation, maintaining the fruit's brilliance and freshness, and is released after 6 to 7 years of aging sur lattes.

Cristal 2015 presents aromas of yellow fruits and toasted almonds from Chardonnay, complemented by juicy red fruits from Pinot Noir.
