Yamazaki Story of the Distillery 2026 EDITION

This is a special single malt nurtured in an ideal environment with the "Rikyu no Mizu" (Water of Rikyu), selected as one of the Ministry of the Environment's 100 best waters, and a foggy climate. Composed primarily of Mizunara cask and Spanish oak cask whiskies, it offers the profound depth and complexity unique to Yamazaki. The rich sweetness reminiscent of dried persimmons is complemented by a spicy accent of cloves, while citrusy sweetness like orange marmalade and Japanese nuances reminiscent of azuki beans spread richly.

Hakushu Story of the Distillery 2026 EDITION

This limited edition bottle highlights the "whisky-making in harmony with the forest" that Hakushu Distillery has cherished since its establishment. To express Hakushu's characteristic refreshing and light smokiness, smoky type Hakushu malts were carefully selected, and only whiskies matured in bourbon barrels were meticulously blended. When poured into a glass, fruity aromas like pineapple and the sweetness of vanilla cream spread, characterized by an elegant sweetness akin to Wasanbon (fine Japanese sugar). The finish leaves a lingering, pleasant smokiness reminiscent of faintly roasted green tea and the smoke from glowing embers.

Hibiki BLOSSOM HARMONY 2026

This special "Hibiki" is a blend of various whiskies carefully matured through many seasons, along with rare whiskies finished in sakura (cherry blossom) casks. It begins with a fragrant aroma reminiscent of flowers like cherry blossoms and osmanthus, followed by an elegant and mellow sweetness that fills the mouth, like acacia honey, La France pear, and sakura mochi. With a prolonged aroma on the palate, it offers a long, rich, and華やかな finish, truly embodying the beauty of harmony.
