Kamoizumi Junmai Plum Liqueur 720ml | Liqueur Plum Liqueur Hiroshima Prefecture Kamoizumi Brewery
Since its founding in 1912, Kamoizumi Shuzo has been a brewery in Saijo, Higashihiroshima, Hiroshima Prefecture, dedicated exclusively to producing junmai sake. Junmai Plum Liqueur showcases the brewery's expertise in crafting junmai sake.
Description
This plum liqueur is made by slowly steeping Kishu Nanko plums from Wakayama Prefecture in Kamoizumi junmai sake. Because it is sake-based, it has a subtly restrained sweetness that does not rely on the sweetness of sugar, allowing the plum's natural tartness and umami to shine through. With a moderate alcohol content of 11%, it is easy to drink and recommended not only for sake enthusiasts but also for plum liqueur lovers.
Recommended ways to enjoy
Serve well chilled on the rocks or mixed with soda for a refreshing drink. Enjoy it as an aperitif or as an alternative to dessert.
