兵庫県姫路市、市川のほとりで小さく丁寧に酒を醸す梅田酒造場の「本洲一」。山田錦の故郷として知られる播州地方の恵まれた米どころで、昔ながらの手造りの技を守りながら、無濾過ならではの米の旨みをそのまま瓶に閉じ込めた純米酒です。
内容紹介
本洲一の無濾過純米は、派手さよりも米の滋味を前面に出した実直な味わいが持ち味です。口に含むと、ふくよかな旨みとともにほのかな酸がきれいに流れ、搾ったままの状態に近いため、ろ過酒にはない厚みとコクを感じられます。
燗にしても冷やにしても表情を変えて楽しめる懐の深い一本で、小仕込みならではのきめ細やかな造りが、晩酌の一杯をじんわりと満たしてくれます。無濾過らしいうっすらとしたとろみも、この酒ならではの個性です。
おすすめの楽しみ方
おすすめは常温からぬる燗。米の旨みがふわりと開き、出汁の効いた煮物や湯豆腐との相性は格別です。冷やで飲む場合は、脂ののった刺身や塩焼きの魚と合わせると、酒の旨みが料理の味を引き立ててくれます。
