Kamotsuru Brewery's “Joto Sake,” also known for being a purveyor to the Imperial Household Agency. Brewed with spring water from the Kamo mountain range, this honjozo sake can be enjoyed in a wide range of styles, from chilled to warmed.
Description
A honjozo sake carefully brewed with 65%-polished rice and natural spring water from the Kamo mountain range. While inheriting the name “Joto,” a remnant of the former sake grading system, it is still made using the same traditional method. Its clean, smooth finish does not overpower food, making it an ideal companion for everyday evening drinks.

Warming brings out the rice's umami and aroma. Enjoy its crisp character chilled, its relaxed character at room temperature, and the changing nuances brought out by different serving temperatures.
