賀茂泉酒造は、広島県東広島市西条で明治45年の創業以来「純米酒」だけを造り続けてきた蔵。全国的に純米酒が珍しかった時代からその一筋を貫き、"純米酒の先駆け"として知られています。
内容紹介
「皇寿」は、東広島市造賀地区産の山田錦を精米歩合40%まで磨き上げ、低温でじっくり発酵させた賀茂泉最高峰クラスの純米大吟醸です。アルコール度数16度、日本酒度+1.0という骨格に、りんごを思わせるフルーティーな香りときめ細かい滑らかな味わいが重なります。2020年広島国税局清酒鑑評会優等賞受賞。
おすすめの楽しみ方
よく冷やして、香りを楽しめる少し大きめのグラスでどうぞ。お祝いの席や特別な贈り物にもふさわしい一本です。淡白な白身魚や、素材の味を活かした前菜と合わせるのがおすすめです。
