クラシック音楽で熟成させる「音響熟成」
「れんと」は、奄美大島・宇検村の奄美大島開運酒造が造る奄美黒糖焼酎です。湯湾岳の伏流水を使って減圧蒸留し、貯蔵タンクでクラシック音楽を約3か月聴かせる「音響熟成」を行っています。香りの高い原酒と味わい深い原酒をブレンドしたもので、名前は音楽用語のLento（ゆっくりと）に由来します。蔵元は糖質ゼロ・プリン体ゼロとうたっています。
おすすめの楽しみ方
蔵元のおすすめは、軽やかに楽しむなら炭酸割りや水割り、香りを楽しむならストレートやロック。紙パックなので、毎日の晩酌に炭酸割りをたっぷり作れます。から揚げ、鶏飯、豚の角煮などと一緒にどうぞ。
