Set Contents: The Flavors of Satsuma, a Collaboration of 6 Breweries

1. Awase Kuro Ri-emon (Ibusuki Shuzo)
   To bring out its distinct aroma, "Limited Awase Kuro" is a blend of unblended shochu made with two different types of yeast. It features a bright aroma and a clean sweetness.

2. Satsuma Wakashio (Wakashio Shuzo)
   By aging and blending unblended shochu made from two types of Konaishin sweet potato, this shochu brings out an unprecedented bright and rich aroma and a crisp, clean sweetness.

3. Mitake (Mitake Shuzo)
   A special shochu made using "Joy White" sweet potatoes developed specifically for shochu. You can enjoy a different taste and aroma than regular Mitake when mixed with water, on the rocks, or with soda.

4. Ojika (Ojika Shuzo)
   This shochu is a blend of shochu made from high-quality sweet potatoes and "Koganemasaari" sweet potatoes, which bring out a bright aroma, resulting in a rich aroma and a clean taste.

5. Satsuma Shima Bijin (Nagashima Kensho)
   This shochu is brewed with a "special yeast born in Reiwa 1" extracted from moromi (fermenting mash) that prefectural technicians collected and preserved from breweries. It features a rich aroma and smooth palate.

6.  Kuro Isanishiki (Oguchi Shuzo)
   To further enhance the flavor of the sweet potato, filtration is minimized, maintaining the bright aroma and richness of Kuro Isanishiki while achieving a robust flavor.
