Seifuku Distillery in Ishigaki Island, Okinawa, has revived "Imuge," a phantom distilled spirit that was made among common people during the Ryukyu Kingdom era, after approximately 100 years. This Ryukyu spirit is made from sweet potato, Thai rice koji, and Okinawan brown sugar, characterized by a refreshing citrus aroma and a subtle sweetness of brown sugar. You can enjoy a unique flavor that is different from both shochu and awamori, a distinctive taste from Seifuku Distillery. This is a large 1800ml size.
Recommended Ways to Enjoy
We recommend enjoying it on the rocks or with water to savor the potato flavor and the sweet aroma of brown sugar. If mixed with soda, it becomes lighter and crisper. It is also a versatile drink that pairs well with meals.
