  • Yamazaki 12 Year Old: A blend of various malts including Mizunara cask-aged whisky. Japan's representative single malt, harmonizing the sweet flavors of raisins and ripe fruit derived from sherry casks with the profound notes of oak.

  • Macallan 12 Year Old Sherry Oak: Rich dried fruit, spice, and vanilla layered through maturation in European oak sherry casks. A globally beloved classic single malt.

  • Arran Sherry Cask: Matured in first-fill sherry hogsheads. A rich, lingering finish of chocolate, raisins, cherries, and spice, characteristic of cask strength whisky.
