「リースリングの伝道師」と呼ばれるモーゼルの名門、ドクター・ローゼンのアーネスト・ローゼン氏。デキャンター誌で「世界の白ワイン生産者」のトップ5位に入った造り手が手がけるリースリングです。
きれのよい酸味とほどよい甘み、軽やかなリースリング
モトックスによると、きれのよい酸味とほどよい甘みのバランスが抜群のリースリング。ブルースレート土壌で育つ樹齢35年のぶどうから造られます。アルコール分8.5％と軽やかで、スクリューキャップなので開けやすく保存もしやすいのが便利です。
おすすめの楽しみ方
6℃前後にしっかり冷やして。豚の角煮や照り焼き、生春巻き、エビチリなど甘辛い料理と好相性。食前酒にもぴったりです。
