1907年の「赤玉ポートワイン」から始まった、サントリーの原点「赤玉」。その赤玉ブランドから2025年9月に登場した、日本の食卓のための赤ワインです。
醤油・砂糖・みりんを使う料理を引き立てる味わい
サントリーのニュースリリースによると、このワインは「日本の食を引き立てる」ことを追求して開発されました。醤油や砂糖、みりんを使った、繊細さとほんのりした甘みをあわせ持つ和の料理に合うよう、新鮮で華やかなぶどうの香り、熟成感や複雑さのある味わい、心地よい余韻をめざして仕上げられています。複数の厳選したワインに、ブランデーやハーブスピリッツといった原料酒をブレンドしているのが特徴で、品目は甘味果実酒です。アルコール分は12%。
おすすめの楽しみ方
