Domaine Tollot-Beaut, based in the village of Chorey-les-Beaune in the northern Côte de Beaune region of Burgundy, has been a family-run business since its founding in 1880. Now in its fifth generation, the current winemaker continues to tend to the vineyards and cellar. This red regional Burgundy wine is highly regarded by the French Cooperative Federation.

Made from 100% Pinot Noir sourced from multiple plots in the Côte d'Or, this wine is a quintessential Tollot-Beaut: fruit-forward and expressive. The fresh aromas of red berries and smooth tannins are beautifully balanced, delivering a concentration that rivals village-level wines despite its regional classification.
