Café de Paris was created in the Bordeaux region of France in the 1960s and is now a series of flavored sparkling wines produced by Pernod Ricard. The wines are made by layering natural flavors that preserve the aroma of the fruit itself onto sparkling wine made from six varieties of French white grapes, and are enjoyed in more than 70 countries around the world. With an alcohol content of approximately 6-7.5%, they are relatively light compared with other wines. The Grapefruit variety features refreshing citrus acidity and a subtle bitterness, with a crisp, invigorating finish that stimulates the appetite.
