イタリア北西部ピエモンテ州、トルトナ（モンフェッラート）の生産者エンツォ・バルトリが造る白ワイン。ピエモンテの白ぶどうコルテーゼを主体にした一本です。
コルテーゼにソーヴィニヨン・ブランを少し
輸入元の東京実業貿易によると、コルテーゼ96％、ソーヴィニヨン・ブラン4％。粘土石灰質の土壌で育ったぶどうを手摘みで収穫し、伝統的な醸造法で仕込んでいます。
おすすめの楽しみ方
8〜10℃に冷やして。白身魚のカルパッチョ、魚介のパスタ、天ぷら、野菜のグリルなどと気軽に合わせてどうぞ。
