1850年、ピエモンテ州カネッリで産声を上げたガンチア社は、モスカート種からイタリア初の瓶内二次発酵スパークリングワインを生み出したパイオニアです。同社の本拠地カネッリは、2014年にユネスコ世界文化遺産（ピエモンテのブドウ畑景観）の一部にも登録されました。
フレッシュでエレガントな辛口スタイル
甘口のアスティ スプマンテとは対照的に、こちらのブリュットは辛口に仕上げたスタイリッシュな一本。きめ細かな泡立ちと、フレッシュな果実を思わせる繊細な香りが特徴で、シャルマ方式による丁寧な発酵管理によって、モスカートぶどうの香りを残しながらもすっきりとした後味に仕上げています。
