レ・プラント・ド・デュルフォール・ヴィヴァン 750ml | 赤ワイン フランス
Château Durfort-Vivens is a prestigious estate awarded Second Growth status in Margaux in the 1855 Bordeaux Classification (ranking ninth among all Médoc estates). As its second wine, Le Relais de Durfort-Vivens, grew beyond the quality expected of a second wine, Les Plantes de Durfort-Vivens was newly created.
The Concentration Nurtured by Biodynamic Farming
Made with grapes from young vines (average vine age: 15 years) grown using 100% biodynamic farming certified by DEMETER. After fermentation in wooden vats, concrete tanks, and amphorae, the wine is aged for 16 months in Italian terracotta and French oak barrels, 15% of which are new. Rich aromas of blackberry and blackcurrant are layered with floral and spicy nuances, while beautiful acidity and tannins come together in a smooth, well-balanced wine.
Recommended way to enjoy
This wine pairs exceptionally well with beef dishes, game, and aged cheeses. Decant it and take your time enjoying how its aromas evolve.
